Ceros Designer – Brand Expression

About Position:

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Ceros Designer to join our growing Brand & Creative team. In this mid-level role, you'll design and build high-impact interactive content experiences using Ceros—from digital brochures and infographics to landing pages and editorial storytelling.

This is a great opportunity for a designer who's passionate about brand expression, digital storytelling, and pushing the boundaries of interactivity without code. You'll collaborate with writers, marketers, and designers to create visually compelling content that brings our brand to life in bold and dynamic ways.

What You'll Do:

- Design & Build in Ceros
- Translate creative briefs and content outlines into interactive designs using the Ceros platform.
- Design layouts, create custom animations, and build user experiences that enhance storytelling and drive engagement.
- Optimize assets for performance, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility.
- Brand & Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with writers, creative director, and other designers to align on tone, layout, and visual direction.
- Ensure all Ceros experiences adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and performance best practices.
- Content Innovation
- Contribute ideas for new interactive formats and help evolve how we tell brand, product, and customer stories.
- Stay current on design and interactivity trends to continuously improve the quality and creativity of our work.
- Process & Documentation
- Maintain version control and asset libraries for Ceros projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and production schedules.
- Document templates, workflows, and reusable components to streamline future work.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 4–7 years of design experience, ideally within a corporate, in-house, or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing interactive work—especially in Ceros (required).
- Solid visual design skills across layout, typography, motion, and branding.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Experience working with marketing teams and interpreting creative briefs.
- Detail-oriented with a high bar for craft and execution.
- Experience designing for B2B, tech, or professional services audiences
- Basic knowledge of UX principles, responsive design, or accessibility
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Webflow
