Role: DevOps & Automation Architect Required Technical Skill Set: Terraform, Ansible, AWS/Azure, or GitLab Desired Experience Range: 8-10 Years Location of Requirement: Hyderabad, India Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) DevOps & CI/CD Architecture - Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD. - Define DevOps strategy and tooling across development, testing, and production environments. - Integrate security and compliance checks into automated workflows (DevSecOps). Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Architect and manage infrastructure using Terraform/Cloud formation across AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Develop reusable Terraform/Cloud formation modules and manage state securely. - Ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure. Configuration Management - Lead automation of system provisioning and configuration using Ansible. - Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for Linux and Windows environments. - Integrate Ansible workflows into CI/CD pipelines and cloud provisioning tools. UI Automation & Framework Integration - Architect UI automation strategy for applications built on Semaform UI. - Design reusable test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. - Collaborate with frontend tower teams to ensure test coverage and performance optimization. Leadership & Collaboration - Act as a technical authority and mentor for DevOps and automation teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional tower teams including cloud architects, developers, QA, and security. - Define best practices, standards, and documentation for automation and infrastructure. Good-to-Have - 8 to 9 years of experience in DevOps, automation, and cloud infrastructure. - Expert-level proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD. - Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell). - Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Knowledge with Semaform UI or similar custom UI frameworks. - Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Responsibility 1 Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD. 2 Define DevOps strategy and tooling across development, testing, and production environments. 3 Collaborate with cross-functional tower teams including cloud architects, developers, QA, and security 4 Lead automation of system provisioning and configuration using Ansible. 5 Architect UI automation strategy for applications built on Semaform UI. 6 Act as a technical authority and mentor for DevOps and automation teams. 7 Collaborate with cross-functional tower teams including cloud architects, developers, QA, and security.
