Job Title: SAP BRIM Consultant – Convergent Invoicing (CI) & FI-CA

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP BRIM Consultant with deep expertise in Convergent Invoicing (CI) and FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in configuring, integrating, and optimizing end-to-end billing and financial processes in high-volume enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP BRIM – Convergent Invoicing (CI):

- Configure one-time billing scenarios, pricing, and taxation rules.
- Integrate CI with FI-CA and third-party mediation systems (e.g., Digital Route).
- Design, test, and troubleshoot billing and invoice document flows.
- Optimize CI performance and resolve issues across billing processes.
- Document processes and solutions clearly for technical and business stakeholders.

SAP FI-CA:

- Configure contract account setup, payment methods, clearing rules.
- Ensure accurate financial postings and dispute handling via CI/FI-CA integration.
- Collaborate closely with finance and business teams during implementation and go-live phases.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in SAP BRIM CI and FI-CA
- Strong configuration and integration skills.
- Hands-on experience with Digital Route or other mediation platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and performance optimization capabilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in utilities, telecom, or subscription-based industries.
- Knowledge of SAP Subscription Billing or SAP SOM.
