We are seeking a Sales Development Representative based in India to help build our US sales pipeline.
This role is perfect for a creative and persistent individual who excels at generating leads and engaging with prospects through LinkedIn and email. No cold calling is required, but strong written communication and strategic outreach are essential.

As an SDR at Loadmill, you will:
Work US hours.
Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and strategic outbound tactics.
Outreach & Engagement: Craft compelling outreach messages to generate interest and secure meetings for the sales team.
Pipeline Growth: Build and nurture a steady pipeline of qualified prospects in the US market.
Market Research: Analyze target industries, identify key decision-makers, and tailor messaging to their pain points.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, engagement metrics, and lead status in the CRM.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executive and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Background: 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales, lead generation, or business development, with a focus on the US market.
Strong LinkedIn presence & knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Tools Savvy: Familiarity with email automation tools, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent Written Communicator: You excel at crafting engaging and concise emails and LinkedIn messages.
Creative & Persistent: You can think outside the box, test different outreach strategies, and iterate based on results.
Highly Organized: You can manage multiple outreach campaigns and track prospects effectively.
Growth-Oriented: You're eager to learn, adapt, and take on more responsibilities as the company scales.
