Staff Engineer, Dotnet Fullstack

This role is ideal for an experienced full-stack engineer who thrives in building scalable, high-quality enterprise applications. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from designing microservices and APIs to developing React-based front-end interfaces. Accountabilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core, C#, and REST APIs. - Develop and enhance front-end interfaces using React, ensuring seamless user experiences. - Architect and implement microservices and event-driven solutions, leveraging cloud platforms. - Participate in solution design, technology selection, and proof-of-concept development. - Lead and coordinate development activities, code reviews, and production rollouts. - Troubleshoot complex issues, implement fixes, and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Support CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and deployment processes for containerized applications. - Collaborate with global teams to define requirements, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers. Requirements - 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack expertise. - Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, and React for front-end development. - Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, event-driven design (Pub/Sub), Docker, and Kubernetes. - Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and enterprise application design. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Octopus) and DevOps best practices. - Strong problem-solving skills with OOP, data structures, and algorithms. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities for working across global teams. - Experience in writing unit tests, ensuring code quality, and monitoring/logging practices.
