Job Description

Seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager and Solution Architectto lead the design, delivery, and optimization ofManufacturing Execution Systems (MES)andIndustry 4.0solutions, with a strong emphasis onISA-95 standards,Pharma 4.0 principles, andindustrial control systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, operational insight, and leadership capabilities to drive digital transformation in regulated manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of MES and Industry 4.0 projects across global pharmaceutical and industrial clients.
- Architect scalable, compliant, and future-ready MES solutions aligned withISA-95andGAMPstandards.
- Define and implementPharma 4.0strategies, integrating IT/OT systems, automation layers, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including automation, IT, quality, and operations to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Oversee project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive performance assessment and continuous improvement usingoperational KPIsandmanagement indicators.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g.,21 CFR Part 11,GxP) and cybersecurity standards.

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

- Deep knowledge ofISA-95architecture and its application in MES and industrial automation.
- Proven experience inMES platforms(e.g., Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell PharmaSuite, Apriso).
- Strong understanding ofPharma 4.0frameworks and digital maturity models.
- Expertise inindustrial control systems,PLC/SCADA integration, andequipment connectivity.
- Experience inperformance management,OEE, andreal-time production monitoring.
- Familiarity withmechatronics,industrial equipment, andshop floor operations.

- Exposure tocloud-based MES,IoT platforms, andedge computing.
- Knowledge ofdata lakes,data historians, andanalytics platforms.
- Experience withAI/MLfor predictive maintenance and quality analytics.
- Understanding ofIT/OT convergence,cybersecurity, andnetwork architecture.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree inEngineering,Mechatronics,Computer Science, or related fields.
- 12-18 years of experience in MES, industrial automation, or digital manufacturing.
- Certifications inISA,GAMP,PMP, orITILare a plus.
