Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Manage the end-to-end Contract staffing – from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain delivery excellence. - Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. - Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, , employee referrals, and networking events to attract top talent. - Ensure data accuracy and effective usage of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics. - Monitor and report key metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) to improve recruitment efficiency. - Collaborate with HR and business units to design competitive compensation and retention strategies. - Ensure compliance with hiring policies, diversity objectives, and labor regulations.
