Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development - Generate and convert leads for application services through international calls, cold outreach, and email campaigns. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline targeting global markets. - Drive B2B sales, focusing on client acquisition and retention. Team Management & Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to ensure high performance. - Delegate tasks effectively, track team progress, and provide regular feedback to optimize results. Stakeholder & Client Engagement - Engage with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships across multiple geographies. Lead Generation & Outreach Campaigns - Conduct market research to identify potential international clients and business opportunities. - Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to enhance outreach and brand visibility. Reporting & Sales Strategy - Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead conversions, and market trends. - Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Key Requirements: - 4 to 7 years of experience in international sales, preferably in IT services or application services. - Strong expertise in B2B sales, lead generation, and stakeholder management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging international clients. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing and guiding sales teams. - Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email campaigning platforms, and sales analytics tools. - Knowledge of IT services and application services is a plus.
