Join us in transforming how websites interact with users and drive growth. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a UI/UX Creative Designer. The UI/UX Creative Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing visually compelling and user-friendly design solutions for our platform. Day-to-day tasks include developing wireframes and prototypes, crafting intuitive user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that designs align with brand guidelines and user needs. The designer will also be involved in evaluating user feedback and making data-driven design decisions. Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications — from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes. - Create clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand identity. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design solutions. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency. - Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines. - Stay updated with current design trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools/technologies. Required Skills & Experience: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design or Product Design. - Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful web and mobile app designs. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and design systems. - Experience working with developers and understanding of basic front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus). - Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving ability. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: - Experience with motion design or micro-interactions. - Knowledge of UX research, A/B testing, or user analytics tools. - Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced creative environment.
