🚀 Hiring: Full Stack Developer (MERN + Flutter) 📍 Location: On-site – Borivali (West), Mumbai We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in the MERN stack and Flutter to join our growing on-site team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, product-focused, and capable of building scalable web applications while also contributing to cross-platform mobile app development. 🔧 Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) - Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS - Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js - Work with MongoDB for database design, optimization, and maintenance - Develop, maintain, or contribute to cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions - Ensure application performance, security, and scalability - Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications - 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development - Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js - Solid experience with React.js - Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS - Strong understanding of the MERN stack - Working knowledge of Flutter or strong experience building apps using Flutter - Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and REST APIs - Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows ⭐ Good to Have - Experience with Svelte - Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, etc.) - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics - Experience with authentication, authorization, and security best practices 👤 Candidate Profile - Available to work on-site from Borivali (West), Mumbai - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills - Comfortable handling both web and mobile development tasks - Good communication and teamwork skills
