Key Responsibilities Floor Operations Management Supervise daily activities on the floor to ensure smooth and efficient operations Monitor staff productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Address operational challenges promptly and escalate unresolved issues to management Team Coordination Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed on time Assist in onboarding and training of new staff members Act as the point of contact for team concerns and provide on-the-spot guidance Customer Engagement Ensure customers receive exceptional service and their concerns are resolved promptly Coordinate with sales or service teams to address customer queries or complaints Maintain a welcoming and professional environment on the floor Inventory and Supplies Management Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to replenish as needed Ensure the proper placement and arrangement of products or equipment Conduct routine checks to ensure cleanliness safety and compliance with standards Reporting and Documentation Prepare daily activity or performance reports and submit them to management Keep records of floor incidents maintenance requests or customer complaints Contribute insights to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Health and Safety Compliance Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and guidelines Conduct regular checks to maintain a safe and clean working environment Job Types Full-time Volunteer Pay 10 625 62 - 30 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
