Role Description Position Overview: We're looking for two detail-oriented QA Engineers to join our team at Bommasandra, Bangalore. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate should have strong testing skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts. Immediate Joiners Preferred. Responsibilities: Test Planning and Execution: - Work with project managers to create test plans and strategies. - Develop and execute manual and automated test cases. Defect Management: - Identify, log, and track defects using designated tools. - Collaborate with developers to resolve issues promptly. Automation: - Contribute to automated test script development and maintenance. - Identify opportunities for test automation and implement solutions. Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements. - Provide feedback on potential risks and areas for improvement. Process Improvement: - Actively participate in process improvement initiatives. - Contribute to the evolution of best practices for QA. Documentation: - Create and maintain test documentation for traceability. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Proven experience in QA roles. - Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies. - Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation. - Familiarity with agile methodologies. Preferred Skills: - Experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of web application security principles. - ISTQB or other relevant certifications. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
