Hiring: Network Project Lead / Network Project Manager Mode of Work: Work from Office (Mandatory) Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational – Includes US shift timings Key Skills Required: Primary: Network Project Management Secondary: Network Infrastructure & Technology (Juniper, Aruba, Cisco) Job Description Key Responsibilities Project Management: - Lead end-to-end delivery of network and security projects (Juniper WAN/LAN/MIST/SRX, Aruba LAN, Cisco LAN, Cisco ISE). - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders. - Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. - Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. Technical Leadership: - Guide and mentor network engineers, security analysts, and architects. - Validate technical designs, implementation plans, and change requests. - Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards. Customer Engagement: - Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams. - Conduct status meetings, presentations, and executive updates. - Maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Support) to align project goals. - Proactively escalate and resolve project risks and blockers. Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain detailed documentation (SoWs, runbooks, post-implementation reports). - Provide regular reports on project health, KPIs, and progress. Required Skills & Experience - Proven experience in Network Project Management and IT Infrastructure Delivery. - Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, and switching. - Knowledge of tools like MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow. - Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a plus. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
