The role involves developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored financial and insurance solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, explaining policy options, evaluating risks, and assisting clients with claims processing. The Insurance Agent will also work towards achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, while staying informed about industry trends and offerings. Qualifications - Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Knowledge of insurance products, risk evaluation, and policy customization - Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities - Analytical thinking and the ability to assess financial needs and market conditions - Proficiency in using CRM systems and relevant office software - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred - Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a strong advantage
