Site Execution & Installation Management (Mechanical In Charge)

- Plan and execute daily site activities based on MS Project and POD.
- Manage crane planning, mobilization, and heavy material movement.
- Supervise WTG installation activities, ensuring alignment with drawings and specifications.
- Allocate work to contractors and engineers; monitor labor, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and verify material readiness, safety, and compliance.
- Ensure proper execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts.
- Coordinate contractor attendance, skill card verification, and toolbox talks.
- Support customer inspections and ensure timely sign-off of milestones (WCC).
- Resolve execution and commissioning queries through cross-functional coordination.

Mechanical & Technical Oversight

- Approve crane movement routes and ensure lift planning is in place.
- Validate the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- Lead the establishment and operation of site repair facilities.

Should have relevant expereince in wind project execution and willing to work across Pan India.
