Job Description Role Description The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across multiple social media platforms for diverse brands. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and an eye for digital storytelling that drives engagement and builds authentic brand communities. Responsibilities Bring ideas to life across pixels and posts. You will be the creative spark that turns everyday moments into scroll-stoppers. Plan, draft, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube that aligns with brand goals and audience moods. Write sharp, witty, and on-brand captions that sound human, not robotic. Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account leads to ensure campaigns stay cohesive and conversations stay lively. Manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) for engagement, reach, and conversions. Keep an eye on trends, from trending audio to meme formats, and spot creative opportunities before everyone else does. Track performance metrics, audience insights, and competitor activity to continuously refine content strategies. Engage with the audience by responding, reacting, and building a genuine online community. Support photo and video shoots, and content production days when required, because sometimes the best ideas come behind the lens. Report on performance analytics and share ideas for next-level improvements. Experience: 2 3 years Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, ads and analytics. Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of Canva. Familiarity with social media management tools (such as Hootsuite or Buffer) is a plus.
