The role involves designing and conducting experiments, optimizing processes, and supporting technology transfer from lab to pilot and plant scale. Requirements - M.Sc. in Organic / Industrial Chemistry with 23 years of relevant R&D experience - Exposure to surfactants, emulsifiers, and process scale-up - Strong understanding of ethoxylation and any one of the following - esterification, sulfonation, , propoxylation, and carboxylation reactions - Hands-on experience with autoclaves, EO/PO handling. - Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and collaborative team player Roles and Responsibilities - Conduct lab-scale experiments for process development and optimization. - Work on yield improvement, impurity profiling, and process safety. - Maintain experimental records, prepare reports, and ensure documentation accuracy. - Collaborate with production, QA/QC, and EHS teams for smooth project execution.
