Company DescriptionColliers is a leading diversified professional services and investment management company With operations in 66 countries our 19 000 enterprising professionals work collaboratively to provide expert real estate and investment advice to clients For more than 28 years our experienced leadership with significant inside ownership has delivered compound annual investment returns of approximately 20 for shareholders With annual revenues of 4 5 billion and 98 billion of assets under management Colliers maximizes the potential of property and real assets to accelerate the success of our clients our investors and our people Assisting and managing Residential transactions Managing clients and transactions end to end from site visits shortlisting negotiations and paperwork closure Managing buy sell company mandates leading to successful closures Pitch for adding more exclusive sale mandates and execution Manage and grow HNI Real estate portfolio management Focus on lead generation industry networking Manages and supports Residential Real Estate involving tracking sale information property values new and upcoming launches and real estate assignments Works closely with all business lines of Colliers like OS Retail Industrial Project Management Facility Management and Finance Accounting teams to ensure maximum collaboration Closely tracks all Residential transaction activity in the city Ability to create and drive referral networks in the city Qualifications Proven sales track record of 8-10 Yrs in Real Estate Hospitality Financial Services Ability to lead a team of real estate agents with at least 4 years of team management experience Ability to drive developer relationships Ability to drive corporate collaborations for selling leasing residential properties Good written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation organizational and analytical skills Ability to train and drive the team to deliver best value to clients Ability to effectively plan and deliver sales projections Advanced knowledge of relevant micro markets Ability to interact and connect with HNI clients and have a consultative solution-oriented approach Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Colliers International
