Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will be involved in overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include inventory management, executing sales strategies, coordinating with teams to meet store targets, and maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards. The role plays a crucial part in enhancing the store's efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Proven leadership and management skills, including team management and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in inventory management, sales planning, and achieving operational targets - Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and customers - Knowledge of retail management methodologies and strategies to boost sales and efficiency - Analytical skills and attention to detail for monitoring store performance and ensuring compliance with company standards - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred - Experience in the retail or supermarket industry is considered a strong advantage
