Job Description

Safemaster Marketing is looking for energetic and driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing sales team. This is a great opportunity for professionals who are passionate about sales and customer engagement. The role involves identifying potential clients, converting leads, and managing relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify prospective customers through lead generation strategies
- Contact and engage both new and existing customers to understand their needs
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers
- Establish and maintain positive business and client relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

- Education: Graduate (12th pass candidates with strong experience may also apply)
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development
- Language: Basic English (spoken & written)
- Location Preference: Meerut City applicants preferred
- Gender: Open to all

- Business Development
- B2B/B2C Sales
- Lead Generation
- Inside Sales / Tele Sales
- Customer Relationship Management
- Call Center / BPO experience is an added advantage
