Packing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Supervise and coordinate the activities of packing line staff during all shifts Plan daily workflow and assign tasks to meet production schedules Monitor packing processes to ensure accuracy speed and adherence to specifications Quality Compliance Ensure products are packed according to quality standards customer requirements and safety guidelines Conduct routine inspections of packed goods to verify labeling packaging integrity and cleanliness Enforce compliance with workplace safety hygiene and regulatory standards Team Management Train coach and mentor packing staff on procedures equipment use and best practices Monitor employee performance provide feedback and participate in performance evaluations Manage staffing levels including scheduling attendance tracking and shift coverage Equipment Materials Oversee the proper use of packing equipment and report any maintenance issues Manage packaging materials inventory ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot equipment or workflow issues Reporting Documentation Maintain logs reports and records of daily production packaging errors and labor efficiency Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Kakinada Andhra Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Diploma Required Experience Packaging 5 years Required Language Telugu Required Hindi Required Work Location In person
