The Role

We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to lead virtual meetings with prospective clients from around the world. You will be the face of our firm in the early stages of client engagement—listening to their needs, understanding their goals, and introducing them to the solutions we provide.

This is not a back-office role—it's a front-facing opportunity to build relationships, inspire trust, and showcase our expertise in U.S. and cross-border tax matters.

What You'll Do

- Conduct online consultations with prospective leads from diverse industries and geographies.
- Assess client needs and explain how our firm can add value through tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
- Work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Represent the firm as a knowledgeable and approachable expert in U.S. and international tax.
- Help convert leads into long-term clients by building strong professional relationships.

What We're Looking For

- Active CPA license (U.S.) with strong knowledge of tax law and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable explaining complex tax issues in a clear, client-friendly manner.
- Previous experience in client-facing or consultative roles (sales tax, business tax, cross-border tax experience is a plus).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using video conferencing, CRM, and workflow tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people worldwide.
