We are looking for ServiceNow [Catalog and SAM] Developer to the Company based out of Bangalore , chennai , hyderabad , pune , bangalore , Mumbai Locations Job Type : Contract Experience : 4 Years - 5 Years location : Bangalore , chennai , hyderabad , pune , Mumbai Key Skills : ITAM . ITOM ,CMDB , catalog development , hamworkflow , ITIL Job description : - ServiceNow HAM Pro HAM/ SLTN Developers - 4 to 5 years of Experience with flow designer development - Catalog development - Experience in writing Script business rules - Customizing HAM workflows - Creating customized client scripts, - Creating custom modules and solutions in ServiceNow, - Troubleshooting code in ServiceNow 1. Tech & Data Resources Responsibilities: - ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - Core module (ITOM and ITAM Background, Heavy focus on Hardware asset management and CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer ) - Responsible for all scripting changes including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script -Includes, and UI Actions, UI Macro, UI Pages, Sites. Create a consistent and easy to read formats for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality. Server-side scripts using the most efficient GlideRecord methods to reduce overall processing time. - Development/Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules, Hardware/Software Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio management, Content Management System. - Responsible for Integrations with 3rd party tools, applications, and systems - Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST - Creation of design documents ,test cases & Unit testing - Defect fixing & accommodate small changes in case of minor enhancement - Customization of different applications and modules within ServiceNow - Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it. - Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation. Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions. - Ability to create and Modify Workflows . - Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform. - Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes. - SaFe Agile Methodology Skills Required: . Fullstack Experience (Preferred), JavaScript, ReactJS, JSON, SQL/MySQL, · Content Management System / Portal Development /ServiceNow Workspace Builder · Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs · Web Service Integration experience and ServiceNow Integration Hub · LDAP Integration experience
