Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for experienced online faculty members who can deliver high-quality lectures in Pure English for JEE & NEET preparation. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, deeply passionate about teaching, and skilled in leveraging digital tools to create engaging, impactful sessions for students across India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver live and recorded lectures in clear, simple English.
- Use interactive pedagogy storytelling, examples, visual aids, and smart digital tools (Smart TV, animations, PPTs, etc.).
- Design and deliver concept videos, tips, byte-sized explainers, and reels for student engagement.
- Conduct live Q&A, quizzes, polls, and interactive discussions.
- Collaborate with content, design, and editing teams for seamless academic delivery.
- Track student engagement using YouTube & platform analytics (views, retention, CTR) to continuously improve delivery.
- Adapt content for both live-streaming and recorded formats.
- Represent PW values affordable, motivating, student-first learning

Requirements

- Proven experience in online teaching (YouTube, EdTech platforms, or similar)
- Subject expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, or Zoology.
- Strong communication and fluency in English-only delivery.
- Hands-on with digital teaching tools and platforms.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring aspirants.

Good to Have

- Prior EdTech / coaching experience.
- Experience in content creation (YouTube, reels, shorts).
- Familiarity with analytics & student engagement strategies.
