Job Title Branch Head- Advertisement SalesLocation Ahmedabad GujaratReports To Director The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth developing strategic partnerships managing key client relationships and leading a high-performing sales team Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement ad sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Identify and grow new business opportunities across digital print and or broadcast platforms - Manage and nurture relationships with key clients agencies and brands - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy - Lead motivate and mentor the sales team to ensure performance excellence Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field MBA preferred - 8-10 years of experience in media advertisement sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills - Should have good understanding of CRM software - Preferably Male ref updazz com
