Job Description Job Description Mission/ Position Headline: Project Manager Industrial Projects (Position Level 08) The Project Manager organizes and ensures the achievement of the technical and financial project goals. The delegation of responsibilities (internal or external) does not limit his responsibilities. He sets the directives regarding scope and quality, schedule and costs. Your new role challenging and future-oriented: Areas of Responsibility: - Implements defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools. - Ensures the delivery of services on an operational level with respect to process adherence, service, Quality, and profitability. - Implements workforce development measures. - Region Pan India coverage, align with SE TI EAD strategy, especially for customers with Industry of Fiber, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical, Customer Service (CS), others. - Dimension of Function: Support Sales in Achieving timely offer Submission, Technical support and assistance for Execution team. - Achieve quality of Process related to Proposal with Business ethics and compliance. - Focus and develop personal development, such as: leadership, team collaborator, consultative selling skill, communication skill, people orientation, get close exposure with HQ, etc.. - Understanding complete techno-commercial scope of supply, Technical Specifications, Performance Parameters, Limits of tender and Exclusions, List of sub-suppliers and support Proposal team for offer preparation as per project requirement for complete electrification system. Contacts (internal/external): - Internal: Management, Sales, proposals, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, Cross BUS - External: End-customers, EPC, OEM, consultant, HQ, factories. Requirements: - Preferably has professional experiences in project business and service at relevant Industry Application market (especially Fiber Industry, Oil & Gas) for more than 10 years, has organizational/business cycle experience and leadership skill with a proven good track record, has. good working experiences and cross functions in international company. - Managing cross functional project team comprising engineering, procurement, testing and commissioning, quality, production etc. - Leading core project deliverables incl .design approval process, timely delivery of prototype rolling stock /components, testing & commissioning of rolling stock, homologation of prototype vehicle, commencement of series deliveries, payment collection from customer, managing the warranty period and timely contract closure. - Leading all discussions and interfaces within the organization and towards customer stakeholders - Managing the key KPIs of execution viz. Quality, Cost and Time - Consistently managing the customer relationship for smooth execution of the orders - Leading the technical and commercial topics towards customer organization - Leading the Project Governance activities (gate reviews) to ensure qualitative and timely execution - Leading all project reviews within organization and towards customers - Managing contractual warranty obligations for timely project closure Ensuring Site Compliance & EHS implementation - Coordinate on-site & off-site activities to ensure proper work progress - Inputs to bid and sales team to ensure preparation of a competitive rolling stock bid - Hands on experience of managing customers. - Industry Specific Knowledge on Fiber (Paper Machine Sectional Drives and Rewinders application) Biofuels, Marine Solution will be added advantage. - Knowledge on LV and HT System, Siemens Drives and Automation, LV Motors Dimensioning for Special Application and Machine lines, PCS 7 Based process control System will be advantages. Education, general background - BE/BTech Electrical/Electronic Engineering - 8 to 10 years Experience in Industry Specific Domain Additions/Comments: Applicant willing to travel across country, Good attitude, high integrity, and ownership.
