Job Description

Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a skilled ETL Testing Consultant with expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) testing in complex environments. The role requires proficiency in various BI tools, including SAP BO, Tableau, and Power BI. A strong emphasis will be on testing dashboard development and API testing, essential for ensuring data integrity and performance within information systems.

Main Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for ensuring the quality of BI solutions through rigorous testing methodologies. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and testing dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Executing API testing to ensure seamless integration.
- Conducting BI testing in complex environments for data validation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define testing requirements.
- Identifying and tracking defects for timely resolution.
- Performing regression testing to ensure ongoing functionality.
- Analyzing test results to provide insights and recommendations.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in ETL testing.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BO, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Experience with dashboard and API testing.
- Ability to work in complex BI environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with additional BI tools.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Certifications in relevant testing methodologies.
