Key responsibilities involve supporting complex diagnostics maintaining a clean workspace and learning from experienced staff to develop mechanical and troubleshooting skills Responsibilities Maintenance Inspection Perform routine maintenance oil changes fluid checks and inspections of engines and mechanical components to identify issues Repairs Assist senior mechanics with repairs replacing faulty parts and ensuring proper component assembly and function under guidance Troubleshooting Help diagnose mechanical problems and troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment Safety Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others Documentation Accurately document maintenance and repair activities including parts used and issues identified in the work order system Tool Workplace Maintenance Keep tools equipment and the workshop clean organized and in good working order Customer Interaction Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide updates on repair progress Teamwork Collaborate with senior mechanics and other team members to improve processes and service delivery Qualifications Skills Education A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required sometimes a diploma or certificate in mechanical or automobile engineering Basic Mechanical Knowledge A fundamental understanding of mechanical and electrical principles engines transmissions and hydraulic systems is necessary Technical Skills Proficiency with hand tools power tools and basic diagnostic equipment Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities excellent attention to detail and good communication skills are essential Attitude A willingness to learn follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
