You will be the first line of defense, responsible for proactively monitoring systems, rapidly responding to alerts, and resolving incidents with precision and clear communication. This role requires a structured, proactive, and meticulous individual who thrives in a process-driven environment. Ideally, we're looking at engineering graduates with experience spanning cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity. Having customer experience will be preferred. Key Responsibilities 1. Proactive Monitoring & Incident Management · Conduct a comprehensive morning review of all monitoring, antivirus, patching, and security alert queues. · Determine the impact of incidents on users and business operations. 2. Patch Management & System Health · Identify and resolve patch deployment failures across customer environments. · Perform routine system checks to ensure overall health and availability. 3. Operational Excellence & Ticket Management · Maintain impeccable ticket hygiene: every ticket must contain clear, logical notes detailing the cause, steps taken, results, and any required follow-up actions. · Ensure no alert or ticket is left without an update; proactively manage your workload to completion. 4. Customer Operations · Communicate clearly and assess customer needs · Oversee seamless administrative operations to ensure customers don't face any issues with supply chain
