Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager with a strong eye for design and a deep understanding of design language. You will work closely with the Lead PM to drive customer experience (CX). Requirement: 1 Location: Bangalore (Work from Office - Domlur) Experience: 1-3 years Requirements Responsibilities: - Lead Primary and Secondary Customer Research to uncover insights and opportunities. - Work closely with Design to ensure a high-quality, intuitive user experience aligned with strong design principles. - Collaborate with the team to drive CX improvements across key product journeys. - Translate insights into actionable product recommendations and roadmap items. - Define success metrics, goals, and milestones for products you own. - Track product funnels regularly and identify areas for improvement. - Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams. - Own end-to-end product execution - from problem definition to launch. Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from a Tier-1 institution. - 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business/Technology Analysis, or Data roles. - Strong product intuition with a commitment to raising the bar on design, UX, and product quality. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of problem statements. Skills & Competencies - Strong research and analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Solid understanding of design systems, UX principles, and design language. - Experience with analytical tools, product instrumentation, and experimentation. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner deeply with Design and Engineering.
