We are looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer with a 'can-do' attitude to assist our organization to manage and oversee all aspects of a Designing to effectively create artwork to promote the brands product(s). A graphic designer knows how to present concepts that are aligned with our business image and goals. With one foot in the artistic world and another in marketing, the right graphic designer will add significant value to our company, brand, and bottom line.

Desired Qualification & Experience

A Bachelors/Masters degree in Bachelor of Arts (Fine arts)/Design. Diploma/Certificates in Creative Designing, graphic arts, design, communications, or related field or website development (UI) is a plus. With 3 to 7 years of experience in graphic design.

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer, Videographer & Editor with a 'can-do' attitude to assist our organization to manage and oversee all aspects of a Designing to effectively create artwork to promote the brands product(s). A graphic designer, videographer & editor knows how to present concepts that are aligned with our business image and goals. With one foot in the artistic world and another in marketing, the right graphic designer videographer & editor will add significant value to our company, brand, and bottom line.

We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the ability to plan, with incredible organizational skills to amplify our brand & our products.

- Conceptualize video from briefs, create & develop proposals & scripts Shoot, direct & edit videos for different departments.
- Understand sound mixes, design & graphics in post-production
- Comprehensive understanding of creative, video, and digital processes related to video production
- See the concept through to execution by developing final edits and doing the post-production
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create videos for all marketing and product needs.
- Communicate with the other teams to ensure efficient onset and offset workflow
- Maintain on-set standards for video production
- Troubleshoot video production challenges
- Review post-edit videos as part of the quality assurance process and for continuous
- improvement
- Should have the ability to think conceptually and aesthetically, translating creative direction into visual references
- Understands how to use their products to generate leads and who can work seamlessly with your marketing team. Coordinates with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through the completion of a project.
- Knows current social media trends, is savvy & can create social media graphic designs
- Plans and illustrates concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type, style, and related aesthetics.
- Obtains approval of concepts by preparing rough layouts for review.
- Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
- Obtains final copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment and by making purchases from vendors when required.
- Ensures operation of design equipment and software by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturers instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment.
- Coordinates with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. to complete projects.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.

- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images

Responsibilities

- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing on various digital platforms
- Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc
- Manage social media marketing campaigns
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, especially on Google & Social Media like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc,)
- Manage SEO campaigns
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the teams.

Requirements & Desired Skills

- 3-4 years of experience in video production and editing with B2C brands or agencies.
- Technical knowledge of software such as FCP, Aftereffects, Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, etc. or equivalent required in generating videos and editing.
- Proficient in handling video assets and should be abreast with updates on video equipment
- Candidate should have strong presentation skills, workflow management, and communication skills
- Candidate should have a portfolio that demonstrates inventive/imaginative digital and video executions and/or campaign
- Skill Set: Must have skills B2C Internet Startup Experience Excellent communication skills Photoshop Presentation designing Stakeholder management Visual Basic
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
