Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist located in Gandhinagar. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting quality audits, implementing and monitoring quality management systems, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and performing quality control checks. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards and to maintain product and service quality. Qualifications - Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes to ensure products or services meet required standards. - Experience in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to maintain and improve quality systems. - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address quality issues effectively. - Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience in quality assurance roles within a software development or technology company is an advantage.
