We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Design Expert to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail This role requires a blend of artistic talent technical proficiency and strategic thinking to produce visually stunning and impactful designs Key Responsibilities Lead Creative Projects Oversee and manage the design process from concept to completion ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all projects Develop Visual Content Create visually compelling graphics for various media including print digital and social platforms Brand Development Maintain and enhance the company s brand identity through innovative design solutions Team Collaboration Work closely with the marketing product and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective design strategies Trend Analysis Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends tools and technologies and incorporate them into the company s design practices Client Interaction Engage with clients to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions that exceed their expectations Quality Control Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality and align with the companys vision and goals Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Qualifications Experience Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role Education Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field Portfolio A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and your creative expertise Technical Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc and other relevant design software Creativity Exceptional creative abilities and a strong sense of aesthetics Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to Detail Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for typography colour and layout Problem-Solving Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically CTC 4 LPA to 10 LPA Language English Tamil
