We are seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented MEP Project Manager (Civil & Execution) to lead and oversee Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) works integrated with civil execution on large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within time, quality, and cost parameters while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end management of MEP and Civil execution works on-site.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and progress.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory codes.
- Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and project documents.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and material procurement.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and progress reports for management.
- Resolve site-related challenges and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 7–12 years of proven experience in MEP & Civil Execution projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, civil construction methods, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deliver under strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
