Must have US IT recruiting Experience Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles from sourcing to onboarding Leverage various platforms LinkedIn job boards networking to identify and engage with top technical talent Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews assessing candidates skills and cultural fit Ensure a positive experience for candidates through timely feedback transparent communication and a smooth process Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies Lead offer negotiations ensuring competitive packages while aligning with company policies Promote the company s culture and job opportunities through various channels increasing visibility to top talent Track and report on key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire cost-per-hire and quality of hire Stay updated on the latest trends in technical recruitment salary benchmarks and competitor hiring strategies Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters sharing best practices for sourcing interviewing and hiring Ensure that recruitment strategies are aligned with diversity and inclusion goals Build long-term relationships with candidates for current and future hiring needs Maintain a strong understanding of technical roles technologies and industry-specific skills to evaluate candidates effectively Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness
