By addressing language barriers and cultural challenges, we empower professionals to succeed in international healthcare settings. With a focus on reducing complexity and costs for healthcare systems, we play a key role in addressing workforce shortages, particularly in Germany and emerging markets like Italy, Japan, and the GCC. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a German Faculty member based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching the German language to healthcare professionals, creating lesson plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring students achieve desired proficiency levels. Additional responsibilities include developing training materials, providing language certification guidance, and fostering an inclusive learning environment tailored to the needs of international professionals. Collaboration with the curriculum team to ensure effective delivery of content is also expected. Qualifications - Expertise in German Language Teaching, including fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. - Skills in developing training materials and lesson planning. - Experience with guiding students for language certifications, such as TestDaF or Goethe Institute exams. - Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to work with diverse learners. - Proficiency in classroom management and conducting assessments to evaluate student progress. - Experience in teaching healthcare professionals or language for specific purposes is an advantage. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in German Language, Linguistics, or related fields. A teaching certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
