Job Description

Assist with the investor relations functions for the Private Wealth Solutions business.

Coordinating communication between Wire Houses, Financial Advisors, Reginal/independent broker dealers, RIAs and our Transfer Agent.

Facilitate capital activity events including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and reviewing and tracking documentation from investors while liaising with internal and external legal and tax counsel. Will work closely with the transfer agent and various investment platforms.

Updating and maintaining investor records.

Reconciling investor data using various reports provided by the transfer agent.

Producing statistics on investor records.

Problem solving and investigating topics which can range from reporting, document remediation and fund guidelines.

Have an understanding of and ensure compliance with FINRA, FATCA and ERISA obligations as well implementing AML/KYC procedures.

Job Requirement

- Experience:

Previous experience with investor relations team at an asset manager is a huge plus

Excellent Excel skills

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as a team player

Excellent organizational skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Strong work ethic and desire to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

At least 2 years of experience
