As a part of our growing team, you will have the opportunity to share your skills, connect with enthusiastic learners, and inspire them to master the art of dance from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct live online dance classes for students of varying age groups and skill levels. - Plan structured lesson plans tailored to the student's goals and proficiency. - Assess individual performance and provide constructive feedback to help students improve. - Create an engaging, positive, and encouraging learning environment. - Maintain regular communication with students and/or parents to track progress. - Adapt teaching styles to suit different learning needs and styles. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Dance Teacher, Instructor, or Trainer. - Proficiency in one or more dance forms (Classical, Contemporary, Bollywood, Hip Hop, Salsa, etc.). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to conduct engaging virtual sessions via video conferencing platforms. - A stable internet connection and suitable teaching space at home. - Passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
