Position: Chief Security Officer Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand School: Ecole Globale International School Role Overview The CSO is responsible for safeguarding the campus, students, staff, and assets of the school. This includes monitoring security protocols, supervising guards, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining a secure environment for school campus. Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee the entire security team deployed across the campus. - Develop and enforce security protocols, visitor management systems, and emergency response procedures. - Monitor entry/exit gates, guard duties, surveillance operations, and night-rounds. - Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and fire-drill preparedness. - Coordinate with local authorities during emergencies or compliance checks. - Train and discipline security personnel to maintain professionalism and vigilance. - Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and daily security updates. - Ensure functioning and maintenance of CCTV cameras, alarms, fire extinguishers, and safety devices. - Provide security support during school events, student movements, and high-profile visits. Required Qualifications - Graduate with prior experience in security leadership roles. - Retired Defense/Paramilitary/Police personnel preferred (Army, Airforce, CISF, CRPF, BSF, etc.). - 5+ years of experience managing security operations in large campuses, institutions, or corporate setups. - Strong command presence, vigilance, and communication skills. - Ability to manage crises and enforce discipline. -
