🚀 Hiring: Senior QA Engineer – Multimedia & AI Platforms Experience: 7+ Years (5+ Years in Automation) 💰 Budget: ₹1.9 LPM 📍 Location: Bangalore (Hybrid / On-site) 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to take ownership of quality assurance across AI-driven multimedia platforms – including web applications, APIs, backend services, and automated workflows. You’ll be responsible for defining QA strategy, building automation frameworks, and ensuring performance and reliability across cutting-edge AI products like Velocity and Agentic AI. Required Skills & Experience: - 7+ years of QA experience in product/platform environments. - Proven track record of owning QA across complex, scalable systems (Web Apps, APIs, Backend). - Hands-on experience testing multimedia assets – video, audio, and image workflows. - Prior experience with cloud-native, ML-powered, or agent-based platforms. - Ability to identify test coverage gaps and proactively mitigate quality risks. Automation Expertise: - 5+ years of strong automation experience. - Proven ability to build and scale automation frameworks from scratch. - Expertise in automating tests across all levels – Unit, Integration, UI, and API. - Hands-on experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Platform Quality Ownership - Lead QA strategy & execution for Velocity and Agentic AI. - Ensure quality across UI, API, backend, integrations (LLMs, cloud services), and outputs (images, video, audio, JSON). 🔹 Functional & Exploratory Testing - Plan, execute, and report functional tests across multimedia workflows and user-facing tools. - Validate end-to-end experiences including video rendering accuracy, agent fallback logic, and API reliability. 🔹 Automation Engineering - Build automation frameworks from scratch for UI, API, backend, and system-level testing. - Select the best tech stack – optimize for speed, maintainability, and coverage. - Own automation pipelines integrated with CI/CD workflows. 🔹 Performance & Resilience Testing - Identify quality risks (concurrency issues, multimedia processing failures, LLM timeouts, agent orchestration failures). - Conduct performance, load, and regression testing to ensure platform robustness. 🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and AI teams to maintain quality in rapid release cycles. - Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with quality-focused insights. -
