Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth and strengthen our brand presence in the market The ideal candidate will have prior experience in FMCG sales preferably in tea or beverage products with strong communication and customer relationship skills The role involves extensive fieldwork focusing on retailer engagement order generation and ensuring consistent product visibility across the assigned territory Key Responsibilities Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets assigned by the Sales Officer or Area Sales Manager Visit retailers and distributors regularly to ensure continuous product availability and visibility Generate new sales leads and expand the customer base within the assigned area Ensure timely collection of orders and follow up on payments as per company policies Execute in-store branding product displays and promotional activities effectively Collect market feedback on competitor products pricing and offers Maintain accurate records of daily calls sales performance and customer interactions Support distributors in inventory management and ensure proper stock rotation Represent the company professionally and maintain excellent relationships with trade partners Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree or higher secondary qualification Graduation preferred 2-4 years of experience in field sales preferably in FMCG or tea beverage segment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach Good understanding of retail trade product merchandising and sales execution Target-oriented and self-motivated capable of working independently in the field Basic computer knowledge for reporting and communication Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
