Purpose of the position - Product Manager Project Manager with expertise in the Power Electronics industry focusing on the manufacturing of EV chargers The position will be responsible for driving product development managing cross-functional teams and overseeing project execution from concept to delivery Responsibilities Lead the product lifecycle of EV chargers from ideation to market launch Collaborate with engineering manufacturing and marketing teams to ensure timely project delivery Define product specifications features and performance criteria based on market requirements Manage project timelines budgets and resource allocation Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement Work closely with stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement Ideal Candidate Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Power Electronics or a related field 8 to 12years Proven experience in product management or project management within the Power Electronics or EV charger manufacturing sector Proven experience in product management or project management within the Power Electronics or EV charger manufacturing sector Should have experience in product development managing cross-functional teams and overseeing project execution from concept to delivery Strong understanding of power electronics systems and EV charging technology Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills Project Management Professional certification will be an added advantage Should be willing to work out of Bangalore Location PMP is a plus
