Tech (Food Technology preferred) Experience Required 5-10 Years (preferably in Ice Cream Plant) Key Roles & Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day ice cream plant operations. Manage manpower and shift planning effectively. Ensure process control, product quality, and hygiene standards. Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth operations.
