Job Description Job Title Agile Project Manager (Hybrid Delivery) Location Hyderabad, India (onsite at client location, working US hours) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager with strong hybrid delivery skills to join our team in Hyderabad. This role bridges Agile and traditional project management approaches, providing leadership across teams that operate in Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall models. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, highly dependable in being onsite, able to work US hours, and possess excellent English communication skills. Key Responsibilities - Manage projects using both Agile and traditional methodologies, selecting the right approach based on project needs. - Facilitate Agile events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to keep teams aligned and focused. - Develop, track, and maintain project schedules, milestones, and dependencies. - Prepare and deliver clear, concise status updates and reports for client stakeholders and leadership. - Ensure integration and alignment between Agile team outputs and broader program or portfolio timelines. - Coordinate across distributed teams, ensuring collaboration between India and US-based counterparts. - Identify risks and issues early, developing mitigation and contingency plans. - Drive accountability across teams, ensuring commitments are met and quality standards maintained. - Partner with client stakeholders to clarify scope, manage expectations, and address change requests. - Promote the use of industry best practices in both Agile and traditional delivery approaches. Required Qualifications - 610 years of project management experience, with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery. - Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Jira Plans, MS Project, or similar. - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to confidently present to senior stakeholders. - Proven ability to work onsite at client location in Hyderabad on a consistent basis. - Flexibility and commitment to working US hours to align with client teams. - Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders in a client-facing role. - Certification in Agile (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) and PMP preferred. Desired Attributes - Ability to adapt quickly between Agile and traditional project delivery. - Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate with project leadership. - Comfortable working in a high-visibility, high-pressure environment. - A problem solver who can build trust and credibility with clients and team members.
