Job Description

Were looking for a detail-oriented designer to join our Design team. Youll work closely with our designers to adapt and execute visual materials for events, ensuring a consistent and high-impact brand presence across formats. This is a full-time role

Responsibilities

- Apply and adapt existing design concepts to event materials including booths,

signage, brochures, and swag ensuring our brand is clearly and consistently

represented in physical spaces

- Work across digital and print to support marketing campaigns and day-to-day needs
- Produce high-quality visual assets using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Google Slides
- Create presentation templates and occasionally support visual organization of key

decks in Google Slides

- Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketers to deliver clear, on-brand designs
- Manage your time independently and meet tight deadlines with confidence

What you bring

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in both print and digital design
- Deep familiarity with production design and file preparation for print
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines and design systems
- Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography with a solid understanding of

visual hierarchy and design systems

- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setup
- Experience with AI-powered design tools is a plus

Workstyle

- Full-time, based in the Gurgaon area
- Working on India hours, with flexibility when needed (e.g. occasionally swapping Fridays for Sundays)
- High autonomy and ownership we value proactive, self-managed designers who can move projects forward independently
