Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and dynamic VARC Faculty to join our academic team in Bangalore. The role involves teaching and mentoring CLAT & IPMAT aspirants in Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension. This is a mobile teaching role, requiring regular travel across Bangalore to different centers and partner campuses. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging classroom sessions for VARC (Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension) tailored for CLAT & IPMAT students. Mentor students, track their performance, and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Design and update content, practice materials, and assessments to ensure alignment with the latest exam patterns. Conduct doubt-solving sessions and strategy workshops to enhance student exam readiness. Collaborate with academic teams to innovate and improve pedagogy. Travel across different locations in Bangalore to conduct sessions (this is a mandatory part of the role). Requirements Strong command over English Language, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, and Grammar. Prior teaching experience in CLAT, IPMAT, CAT, or other aptitude exams is highly desirable. Excellent classroom communication, student engagement, and mentoring skills. Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Bangalore.
