Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation: Develop various types of content, including blog posts, case studies, technical manuals, user guides, FAQs, and whitepapers. - Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand technical subjects, industry trends, and user needs. - Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather insights and ensure accuracy in all content. - Editing & Proofreading: Review content for clarity, coherence, and consistency. Edit and proofread materials to maintain high-quality standards. - SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic traffic. - Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from colleagues and stakeholders to refine content. - Content Strategy: Contribute to the overall content strategy, suggesting topics and formats that align with business goals and audience interests. - Training & Support: Provide training and support for other team members in best practices for technical writing. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field. - 0-2 years of experience in technical writing or content creation, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., software, engineering, IT]. - Strong portfolio showcasing previous writing samples, especially technical documents. - Excellent command of English grammar and style, with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. - Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). - Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Trello, Asana). -
