Roles and Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional and courteous manner. - Actively listen to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and provide accurate and comprehensive solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the system. - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery. - Educate customers on products, services, and processes as required. - Strive to achieve first-call resolution whenever possible, ensuring customer satisfaction. Skills Requirement: - Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and neutral accent. - Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer situations. - Proven problem-solving abilities and a knack for providing effective solutions. - Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage call volumes. - Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. - Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate customer service software. QUALIFICATION: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
