Join Our Team at GigaBrands We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager - Amazon to join our dynamic team At GigaBrands we specialize in elevating the online presence of brands on Amazon and we want someone who is passionate about e-commerce and client success to help us achieve our goals In this role you will manage a portfolio of clients ensuring their Amazon accounts are thriving You will implement strategies for growth optimize product listings and collaborate with our internal experts to deliver outstanding results Your Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 3-4 brands on Amazon focusing on account health and growth Develop and implement optimized listing strategies to enhance visibility and sales Monitor account performance daily and provide actionable insights to clients Collaborate with internal teams on PPC campaigns promotional events and inventory management Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding their account performance and recommendations Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction Requirements What You Bring to the Table 1-3 years of experience in Amazon account management or related fields Strong knowledge of Amazon s marketplace best practices and tools Proven ability to optimize listings and increase visibility and sales Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently Familiarity with PPC advertising and performance metrics is a plus Benefits What We Offer Competitive salary with growth opportunities Manage 4-5 clients per Account Manager A collaborative international team culture Opportunity to grow fast alongside diverse high-potential brands If you re looking for a role with ownership client impact and growth we d love to hear from you
