Job Title: Lead Generation Intern

Location: Solytics Partners-Hybrid-Monday and Tuesday-work from office-Hinjewadi

Duration: 3Months(PPO based on performance)

Stipend: 15K

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Intern to join our team. The intern will play a key role in identifying potential customers, gathering contact information, and supporting the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate contact information of prospects.
- Assist in qualifying leads based on defined criteria.
- Update and manage CRM tools/spreadsheets with lead information.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation strategies.
- Support in email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation activities.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation progress and insights.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media, and business databases.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
